To deliver its results, Clearleaf Finance works as an Investment Manager of Alternative Assets - seeking higher yielding - short duration - liquid assets
Clearleaf's sister company, Purestone Services, works as a collections servicer and administrator for companies and investors - assets and receivables
Our signature "tax lien" program began in 2013. We brought underwriting, advisory, processing, legal partners and operating support for collections processing to ourowners/debt investors. In 2014, we expanded geographically and brought in new investment entities. In 2015 we handled $3.2 million, in 2016 had $8.5 million, peaking at $14 million in 2017.
Secondarily, as tax-liens are cyclical in nature, Clearleaf sought additional programs, and are now funding and servicing otherAsset-Based Financing arrangements within targeted industry situations. [e.g., we have financed commissions for an independent collections company.] Our focus is on funding/factoring and servicing is tied to proven production and payback situations. Key partnerships are put in place to support these efforts.
